Its balanced pH and natural amendments, such as coarse peat and perlite create the ideal environment for healthy roots while mimicking the plant's native habitat, ensuring quick water flow to prevent overwatering.
- Light Requirements: Peperomia Marble thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate low light conditions as well. Avoid direct sunlight, which may scorch the leaves. Ideal for offices or homes with less direct light exposure.
- Watering Frequency: Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry to the touch. Be careful not to overwater as Peperomia does not like sitting in waterlogged soil. Let excess water drain to prevent root rot.
- Physical Characteristics: The Peperomia Marble boasts thick, fleshy leaves with a distinctive marble-like pattern of creamy white and green. These glossy leaves give the plant a rich, textured appearance that’s both visually striking and easy to maintain.
- Temperature Tolerance: Peperomia Marble thrives in typical indoor temperatures between 60°F and 75°F (15°C to 24°C). Avoid placing the plant in drafty areas or locations where the temperature fluctuates drastically. It does best in steady, warm environments.
