    • Grown, packaged and shipped exclusively by Wekiva Foliage. Part of the prayer plant family, the stunning Calathea Medallion is arguably one of Mother Nature’s most beautiful creations. Its large, “medallion”-like leaves appear to be painted with brushstrokes of deep green and fuschia tones, flourishing out into a bouquet of unmistakable, colorful foliage.
    • In prime conditions, the Calathea Medallion grows relatively fast and can reach up to two feet in height
    • The calathea medallion variety has dark-purple foliage with a prominent silver-colored midrib, or central leaf vein, on the round to oblong leaves. Calathea medallion plants enjoy lower light levels, high humidity and moderate soil moisture.
    • Calatheas are often called 'prayer plants' because of their unique leaf movements: they raise and lower their leaves from day to night as a part of their circadian rhythm.
    • Water every 1-2 weeks and adjust frequency depending on light levels provided. Allow soil to half-dry out before watering. Soil should be almost dry about 2” down.
