    • This high-performing, extra-fancy caladium grows well in shade, part shade or full sun. Carolyn Whorton's dark green leaves are splashed with lipstick pink and have bright red midribs.
    • Showy foliage plants with heart-shaped, variegated leaves of bright red, pink, green and white. Pot early indoors, then plant them, pot and all, outdoors in semi-shade after spring frosts.
    • Water well and spray leaves often during hot, dry weather. Excellent for a conservatory or warm sun porch during winter. If not in zones 10-11.
    • This showstopping plant is fantastic for livening up lackluster spaces in the landscape and will remain gorgeous all season long. Bright pink leaves with ruby red veining and deep green margins make Carolyn Whorton a variety you won't soon forget.
    • Grow Carolyn Whorton in part sun to part shade in fertile, moist, well-drained soil. The more sun this cultivar receives, the more moisture that should be provided to the roots. It can be grown in nearly full sun if the tubers are growing in constantly wetted soils (but not submerged).
